Itβs been a very long journey and I wasnβt sure what to expect coming in for my first visit, so my good friend more like a Daughter agreed to meet me at WSP, and Iβm glad she did. We both agreed that I would be in great hands with Dr. Johnson, His ability to breakdown and explain the restorative plan as well as the time line was music to our ears, on top of his kind demeanor. Iβm excited about the outcome, my new beginning with an approachable smile. Thank you Dr. Johnson and thanks for an amazing staff!

I just got the final restoration done on my 2 front teeth. I was a bit scared and am admittedly very picky. Dr. Russell Johnson was kind and patient as well as friendly and capable. Everyone there is nice. I got pretty much everyone to weigh in on my implants. Thank you to everyone.

Dr. Russell Johnson is amazing. After my son's surgery for a maxillary sarcoma, he couldnβt eat, drink, or speak due to a poorly fitting prosthetic. Dr Johnson worked us in quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed it so he could function again. We highly recommend him. Calm, compassionate, and incredibly skilled.

We were referred to Washington State Prosthodontics by our trusted dentist, Dr. Brian Brooks, for Dr. Michael Johnsonβs expertise with full upper plates. Expectations were highβand they were exceeded. My mother is 89, and our experience included an initial assessment followed by additional visits to complete the work. Dr. Johnson clearly explained the options, guided us to the right choice, and executed with precision. He is highly professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced. The practice itself is well runβeasy scheduling, minimal wait times, and we were in and out quickly at each visit. The office is clean, calm, and accessible, and the entire team is friendly and professional, which made my mother very comfortable. A special thank you to Dental Assistant Terri, who was consistently kind, attentive, and supportive. She played a key role in keeping my mother at ease throughout the process. Most importantly, my mother truly loved the experience and the result. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we have strong confidence in both the quality of the work and the team delivering it.

Dr Johnson is a perfectionist. His standards are such that he only wants you to look fantastic and feel good about your smile. He is kind, sensitive, and gentle while working in your mouth. The whole office staff seems happy to work there. Wonderful place!!!

Is it weird to write a review from 2001? The answer is no, since the same doctor is still caring for me 25 years later. :D In 2000, I had a tooth implant post surgically attached to the jaw bone via a dental surgeon. In 2001, I came to Dr. Michael Johnson to create the implant crown. The combined cost of the two procedures felt astronomical back then and probably still is. I hoped that this one tooth will last! During the initial attachment of the crown, Dr. Johnson said he is using a temporary cement in case any modifications were needed that would require removing the crowd and that I should come back for a final cement when it naturally comes off. That initial temporary cement lasted 10+ years, and I returned once in the 2010βs to cement that crown in again. In Jan of 2026, the crown popped off while I was flossing. It is still in excellent condition, and Dr. Johnson was able to cement it back on again after an examination. All in all, this investment is still holding up well. Especially if you are younger with healthy bones, choose an implant over a bridge. The only that that is a bit odd is that they collected full payment for the examination and re-cement. Dr. Russell Johnson and his team have shown care without judgment towards the condition my teeth were in. I knew within my first appointment that their practice was the place to go. I have had numerous appointments. Each time, I have been greeted with friendly faces and kind words. The dental work I have had has been exceptional!

Dr. Johnson took away all my fears and distrustful thoughts about my teeth. He set me straight on what should and should not be done. If you are having any suspicious recommendations about having teeth out that you feel may not need to be out, go here. He will also address bite issues and make night guards that fit!! Such good advisement. Can say enough good. Will always remember this positive experience with Dr. Johnson. Dr. Johnson also did further work on my teeth and it was a difficult job as it entailed my wisdom tooth which was difficult to work on, but he accomplished this with a lot of skill and very little discomfort for me. I've had other dentists want to remove too many teeth and get paid oral surgeon fees for those removals and I'm pretty tired of it. Dr. Johnson is always so pleasant to work with. No dental trauma whatsoever with his team.
